Insurance

Our alcohol and drug rehabs work with a variety of insurance plans. Our team will help you navigate the insurance verification process. If you don’t have insurance, we offer payment options and financing for addiction treatment. We will do everything possible to ensure you get the care you need.

Treatment Consultant

Once all information has been provided, you will be assigned a dedicated treatment consultant. They will ensure a smooth coordination with the facility and treatment staff, providing you with a tailored and seamless experience individualized to your specific needs.

Insurance We Accept At Our Los
Angeles Addiction Recovery Centers

At Lumina Recovery, we promote inclusivity and support lasting recovery. We believe that access to addiction treatment should be attainable for all. We accept most major health insurance providers, ensuring that quality addiction treatment is within reach for as many individuals as possible.

A note about marketplace plans: Insurance plans purchased through the healthcare marketplace (healthcare.gov) must provide coverage for:
  • Substance use disorder treatment
  • Behavioral health treatment, such as counseling and psychotherapy
  • Mental health inpatient services
If you live in California and have a healthcare plan through Covered California (the state’s healthcare marketplace), your health plan must cover the services above. Additionally, marketplace plans can’t deny you coverage or charge you more just for pre-existing conditions, including mental health and substance use disorder conditions. Even if you didn’t purchase your health plan through the Covered California marketplace, both state and federal laws require health plans to provide treatment for mental health and substance use disorder conditions (as per California’s Mental Health Parity Act, amended in 2020).
